Directions:

1. Wet hair and body. 2. Apply a generous amount of hair & body wash or shampoo to hair, lather, and rinse. 3. Apply shower gel to a shower puff or loofah, lather, and use to cleanse body. 4. Rinse thoroughly. 5. Repeat daily as needed.
